Part II: Disneyland day 1

The first night we got to California the girls wanted to see the ocean. We hopped in the car and headed off again. It was rush hour and the sun was going down so we just hurried and ended up at the Queen Mary. As it turns out this place is a dive. We were the only people there and all the stores have gone under, but the girls saw the ocean. The wind was blowing and it was freezing. The next morning we got up and headed to Disneyland. We were all very excited. The first ride Alex wanted to tackle was the Matterhorn (this is her favorite) We were almost done with the ride and it broke down so we had to walk down through the middle of the mountain to get out. We got alot of riding in before it started to rain and rain and rain. The one good thing about the rain was most people went home. There were no lines and you could just stay on most of the rides and go again. Liv and Pres hated Splash Mountain but we decided that since we were already wet this would be a great time to go. Cruella D'ville was the first character we saw and Olivia didn't want any part of her. The girls had autograph books so we got to stand in line for every character that we saw to get autographs and a picture. We were cold but it was still fun.
